| What's up with "DO-W.I.T." The ministry name came to me as the Lord woke me up one night. It was so obvious to me why He impressed this name in my mind and on my heart. Throughout His ministry, Jesus did whatever it took to reach out to the ones that were shunned and ridiculed by society so that they might be saved. But it didn't stop there. Jesus did whatever it took to reach out to the ones that were highly regarded by society so that they might be saved as well. John 10:25-30 Does the desire for the lost burn inside of you like it does me? Do you rejoice with tears when you hear a person give their testimony on how they got saved? That is what this ministry is all about...To do whatever it takes to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ, so that we might save some. Isaiah said to the Lord, "Here am I. Send me." Jesus told His disciples, "Go and make disciples of all the nations." Will you join me in this journey of reach our family, friends, community, county, country, and world for Jesus? It will be rough at times, but Jesus IS worth it! Continue to pray as God molds and shapes this ministry, that we will be united as one body, for one common goal. |
What it's all about DO-W.I.T. is not just a ministry...It's a lifestyle. A lifestyle that utilizes the God given gifts and abilities of all who are involved. Everything that God has given me is used to further His kingdom through this ministry. Music-to sooth the spirit. Sharing my testimony-to give insight of God's provisions Comedy-to break down the barriers and bring forth smiles Evangelism-to bring the issues of today to light through God's Word...to reach the world, one community at a time No bells and whistles...Just showing them Jesus so that we might save some. 1 Corinthians 9:22 PHOTO: Michael sings the National Anthem before an Atlanta Braves home game in 2004.![]() View My Guestbook Sign My Guestbook |
